As a Senior Fulfilment Specialist, you are a hands-on, proactive, and data-driven professional. You thrive on designing, delivering, and implementing innovative initiatives to enhance fulfilment capabilities in alignment with business requirements. You will oversee global fulfilment operations and manage omnichannel orders including North America, EMEA and APAC. You will play a key role in related projects and system integrations, ensuring that our (online) customers worldwide receive exceptional supply chain services. Your primary focus will be on the successful go-live and configuration of our new Order Management System (OMS), as well as driving the post-purchase project and optimizing warehouse and carrier performance.
What you will do:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of B2C order flow, including web, endless aisle, custom-made orders, and last-mile carrier shipments.
Seek and analyze opportunities to optimize existing omnichannel supply chain processes to enhance overall performance.
Serve as the primary stakeholder for the 3PL, focusing on managing KPIs and delivering customer value.
Prioritize on-time delivery and warehouse performance.
Manage and implement cross-functional projects, including the integration of a new Order Management System (OMS).
Ensure on-time delivery with exceptional service.
Support omnichannel stores by facilitating in-store picking and shipping-from-store operations.
Who you are:
Preferably have a track-record (2-5 years) in a similar role and/or fashion industry
A Bachelor or Master degree, preferably related to Supply Chain or Logistics
Analytical background and able to analyze big data sets
Ability to (co)lead cross functional projects in a structured manner
Logistics and omnichannel experience and worked with warehouses and carriers
Affinity with systems and experience with OMS (preferably Manhattan)
A pro-active and flexible mindset and being able to work in a fast-paced environment
Appreciation for our product and how we position ourselves in the market
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
