As a Custom Made Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing data and communication for the Custom Made program. You will work closely with the team to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to create an accurate and effective communication brief
- Gather store feedback and drive improvements for weekly communication
- Create and maintain fabrics and attributes, options and descriptions, and ensure all information is displayed correctly
- Ensure all ready-to-wear (RTW) to custom-made (CM) links are set up and working
- Process fabric assortment to construct CM booklets and gather feedback to approve booklet design
- Collaborate with production and allocation to distribute up-to-date fitting series
- Collaborate with online merchandisers to maintain up-to-date swatch offerings
- Process fabric assortment for rendering and layering, and construct new option briefings for 3rd party rendering company
- Ensure the delivery of new fabric renders prior to the launch of the new season
- Collaborate with IT development to enable the launch of new options and check RTW vs render visuals.

This job might be for you if you have:
- 1-3 years of experience within retail ; experince with a custom-made program is perfered.
- If you are data-driven and process oriented;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different types of people;
- Ability to handle quick changes within the team and responsibilities;
- Ability to adapt to others people’s perspectives and drive down to the core of discussions.
