Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to create an accurate and effective communication brief
  • Gather store feedback and drive improvements for weekly communication
  • Create and maintain fabrics and attributes, options and descriptions, and ensure all information is displayed correctly
  • Ensure all ready-to-wear (RTW) to custom-made (CM) links are set up and working
  • Process fabric assortment to construct CM booklets and gather feedback to approve booklet design
  • Collaborate with production and allocation to distribute up-to-date fitting series
  • Collaborate with online merchandisers to maintain up-to-date swatch offerings
  • Process fabric assortment for rendering and layering, and construct new option briefings for 3rd party rendering company
  • Ensure the delivery of new fabric renders prior to the launch of the new season
  • Collaborate with IT development to enable the launch of new options and check RTW vs render visuals.

This job might be for you if you have:
  • 1-3 years of experience within retail ; experince with a custom-made program is perfered.
  • If you are data-driven and process oriented;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different types of people;
  • Ability to handle quick changes within the team and responsibilities;
  • Ability to adapt to others people’s perspectives and drive down to the core of discussions.
