Who you are:
- Minimum three years relevant work experience, preferably within a fast-paced international work environment
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Inspirational, problem solver with exceptional communication skills
- Willing to travel minimum 50%
- Full professional proficiency in English
