Your tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Leading and developing the IT Support crew and preparing them for future growth
  • Designing and implementing workplace/support solutions in line with the company policy
  • Evaluating and strategically supporting hardware, operating systems and applications on a global level
  • Supporting the testing and evaluating of software packages to determine compatibility with existing and new systems
  • Hardware and software procurement
  • Managing incidents, service requests and workplace problems through their full life cycle 
  • Interfacing with management and IT
  • Managing Assets - maintaining hardware and software inventory, both in stores and at HQ; performing checks for asset accuracy, optimizing asset management life cycle

This job might be for you if you have:
  • 5+ years of experience with Workplace / Desktop support
  • Experience with structured information analysis and process definition
  • Experience with managing and configuring with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Active Directory, advanced Systems and Desktop skills
  • Experience with Apple hardware
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Vendor management experience
  • The ability to ensure the highest level of detail and quality of Workplace/Support solutions
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills when faced with multiple projects
