We are looking for an Senior Retail Field Engineer, to run all of our projects regarding our IT structure. You're the one to handle our IT projects yourself, so a hands-on approach is necessary. Your goal will be to keep a birds’ eye view over all of our IT projects, and making sure our targets are met.
We are looking for an Senior Retail Field Engineer, to run all of our projects regarding our IT structure. You're the one to handle our IT projects yourself, so a hands-on approach is necessary. Your goal will be to keep a birds’ eye view over all of our IT projects, and making sure our targets are met.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Responsible for running multiple IT projects at a time, from A-Z
- Delivering IT services to different locations
- Managing external IT-partners
- Being the “linking pin” between business and our technical department
- Assisting the business to clearly define project requirements and scope
- Ensure project momentum is always maintained
- Developing detailed project plans in order to track process
- Measure and report on project performance and status
- Advising and taking part in one of our security topics, together with our Head of IT
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks
Your tasks and responsibilities include:

This job might be for you if you have and will receive:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Preferably experience as a Field service Engineer or in a similar job
- A strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practices
- The freedom to travel to different locations: we need you to be hands-on
- A team-player mentality: projects aren't a one man job
- Ability to form relationships with stakeholders
- The ability to keep a helicopter view, while also being able to dive into details if necessary
- Proven experience in IT – you know how to deal with technicians and are IT savvy
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology
- An understanding of continuous simplification of infrastructure and cost cutting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate productive working relationships
- Salary $90,000-$100,000 annually
