We are looking for a strategic and results-driven VP/Head of Growth to lead our CRM and Acquisition efforts across all channels. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive acquisition and CRM strategies to drive revenue, new customers and enhanced customer engagement in-store and online. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing, strong background in CRM, and a passion for driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create customer acquisition and retention strategy, including a holistic view on customer touchpoints, a CRM roadmap, and a strategy for next best action based on customer behavior.
  • Develop and execute data-driven, multi-channel acquisition strategies to drive traffic and increase sales, with a focus on both online and in-store channels.
  • Create reporting functionality, lead GA4 integration and continuously stay ahead of trends within google, meta and other platforms.
  • Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display advertising, social media, SEO, affiliates, and other relevant channels.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance, improve ROI, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, merchandising, and stores, to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition, customer retention and revenue growth in a consumer-facing retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, including proficiency in paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, SEO, and web analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
