Business Analyst - Customer Operations
A Business Analyst at Suitsupply plays a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across various departments. This position involves analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, innovation, and overall performance. What you'll do:
Translate operational needs into clearly defined requirements and actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine customer service processes and create impactful improvements.
Analyze existing workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for increased efficiency and service quality.
Support the Product Owner in developing a roadmap for customer operations.
Track initiative progress and ensure any issues are swiftly addressed.
Create documentation for business use cases, process flows, and customer service interactions.
Align feature roll-outs across multiple customer-facing teams.
Identify opportunities for automation and scalability within customer operations.
Who you are:
5+ years of experience in a similar analyst role.
3+ years of experience working within customer service or customer operations.
Excellent analytical skills and a keen ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
An entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on mindset, with the ability to coach and uplift team performance.
A great eye for detail without losing focus on the bigger picture.
Experience with CRM systems, customer service platforms, and data tools (SQL and Atlassian software are a plus).
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
