At Suitsupply, the Strategy & Planning (S&P) team partners with the CEO, COO and senior leadership team to shape the company’s growth agenda. We combine rigorous analytics with operational excellence to ensure there is progress on the company’s top priorities. As a Senior Strategy Associate, you will deliver the analysis, insights, and recommendations that will drive discussion and decision on the most important questions in the business. You’ll dive into data, structure ambiguous problems, and translate findings into clear findings that influence the strategic direction of Suitsupply.
What You Will Do:
Lead analysis on key strategic questions, including market expansion, category growth, pricing, and retail operations.
Support board and leadership teams by translating your findings in to crisp executive level presentations
Partner directly with the CEO/COO to prepare the insights and content for the quarterly board meetings and monthly executive meetings
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Retail, Product, and Digital teams to ensure alignment from analysis to execution.
Who You Are:
3–4 years as a commercial analyst or strategy consultant with a spike in hard analytics
Strong technical skills: Python, Excel, SQL at a professional grade
Exceptional presentation and communication skills; able to distill complex analysis into clear recommendations.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to frame problems in a structured, decision-oriented way.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with senior exposure.
