As a Facilities Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repairs, safety, and day-to-day operational efficiency of a regional group of retail locationsYou ensure every facility meets brand standards by optimizing functionality and managing both preventative and reactive maintenance, vendor relationships, inventory, and capital improvement projects. You bring a hands-on, solution-driven mindset along with strong project management skills to keep budgets, schedules, and coordination on track with internal teams and external partners. 
What you will do: 
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and environmental, health, and safety standards 

  • Manage facilities repairs (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) and service tickets. 

  • Manage emergency responses in a timely manner. 

  • Supervise vendor contracts for cleaning, security, waste management, HVAC, and specialized services 

  • Oversee capital improvement projects such as complete HVAC replacement, roofing repair, remediation projects, lighting and energy upgrades. 

  • Procure vendors and onboard in Service Channel and internal systems. 

  • Negotiate pricing, manage budgets and schedules. 

  • Approve and process invoices through Service Channel and Purchase Order system. 

  • Collaborate with Store Design, Construction, and Retail Operations at new store openings, remodels, and closures.  

  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess maintenance needs and uphold brand and safety standards 

Who you are:  
  • 3 or more years of experience, preferably within the retail industry 

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent trade experience, preferably with an engineering or construction emphasis 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and repair/maintenance best practices 

  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills 

  • Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize need 

  • Ability to move or lift items over 20 pounds 

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs 

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
