Online Merchandiser
As an Online Merchandiser at Suitsupply, you’ll drive the online success of key product categories across EMEA, the Americas and APAC for Suitsupply.com. You’ll manage seasonal/product launches, optimize category listing and product pages, monitor stock levels and performance to turn data into strategic insights and smart actions that boost sales. An exciting role where you will be responsible for managing your categories from day-to-day execution to driving strong commercial impact. You’ll work closely with teams across Merchandising, Planning, Retention and Acquisition to align strategies and deliver results. We’re looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented and collaborative—ready to make an impact in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
What you will do:
Responsible for managing the sales performance of multiple product categories across regions and reporting on commercial opportunities across internal teams
Analyse weekly and seasonal KPIs to identify key sales drivers, missed sales opportunities and business opportunities, presenting clear, data-driven findings to relevant teams.
Ensure timely and accurate go-lives of new collections and styles, managing all operational areas for your categories before and during the season.
Activate and maintain each PDP and make sure the PLPs are curated, well maintained and represent the brand assortment from a design, merchandising and sale standpoint.
Manage stock levels for your categories during the season.
Build knowledge of ecommerce KPIs and the funnel for your category to understand performance levers and actively work on improving the customer experience for your business areas.
Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising and Retention to align category visibility and availability
Maintain a strong awareness of site merchandising best practices, opportunities and seasonal priorities working together with the other online merchandisers on improvements.
Who you are:
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, or digital sales; menswear experience is a plus.
Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills; experience with Looker, AI tools, or large datasets is a plus.
Familiar with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or comparable back-end e-commerce platforms.
Solid understanding of merchandising KPIs, ecommerce funnel metrics, and performance levers.
Confident in presenting data-driven insights with clear takeaways to internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Collaborative and proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset and a keen attention to detail.
