As a Project Executive & Sales Support, you play a critical role in a successful customer journey. You have a contagious energy and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. You will be responsible for facilitating strong customer relationships and have a personal approach to each interaction.
What you will do:
Plan and execute in-store marketing campaigns (e.g. Member Days, Exclusive Try-On Events, VIP Preview Nights), including on-site setup, staff coordination, and post-event performance tracking.
Consolidate customer feedback and frontline sales input to create regular customer behaviour and sentiment reports, offering actionable insights on service, product, and inventory strategies.
Prepare and present quarterly business analysis reports to management to support merchandising decisions, inventory optimization, and next-season marketing planning.
Coordinate stock allocation across stores; provide stock transfer proposals based on sales performance and inventory levels to enhance product turnover and customer satisfaction.
Manage product tag and traceability systems (RFID or chip-based), ensuring accurate tracking of goods from central warehouse to store level.
Monitor product quality and logistics status, contribute to the establishment of a traceable quality control system, and communicate promptly with relevant departments in case of irregularities.
Deliver practical training for new sales staff, covering sales procedures, communication skills, store-level marketing techniques, daily operations, and after-sales service standards, to ensure team professionalism and consistency
Who you are:
HKDSE (Form 7) or above, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese; able to independently prepare internal reports and handle documentation.
Minimum 2 years of experience in premium retail, brand operations, or store logistics; basic understanding of formalwear or high-end menswear is preferred.
Familiarity with garment labelling, product tagging, traceability, or RFID/ERP systems is an advantage; must understand inventory tracking logic.
Proficient in basic data processing and report writing; skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools to compile decision-support materials.
Prior experience in staff training or team leadership is a plus; able to conduct onboarding sessions and deliver knowledge in a structured, clear, and logical manner.
Demonstrated management potential and proactive mindset; willing to participate in internal leadership development programs and grow into a future operations leader.
