As a Real Estate Acquisition Manager at Suitsupply, you are at the forefront of our global expansion, identifying and securing distinctive locations that bring our brand to life. You’ll travel extensively across key markets, scouting spaces that reflect our unique identity, negotiating deals, and ensuring every new store enhances the Suitsupply experience.
Reporting to the Global Head of Real Estate, you will collaborate closely with brokers, landlords, and internal teams to drive strategic growth in markets that align with our vision. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a sharp eye for opportunity and negotiation, and are passionate about securing locations that stand out, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
  • Travel frequently to key markets, conducting in-depth market research and identifying one-of-a-kind locations for new stores.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers to unlock unique real estate opportunities.

  • Negotiate best-in-class lease terms that align with our business objectives.

  • Assess financial viability, competitive landscape, and brand fit for potential acquisitions.

  • Develop and execute real estate strategies that drive long-term growth.

  • Collaborate with Store Operations, Finance, Legal, and Design/Construction teams to ensure seamless deal execution.

  • Stay ahead of market trends, emerging retail hotspots, and evolving customer behaviors.

Who you are:
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, with a strong background in deal-making and lease negotiations.

  • A proven track record of securing locations that enhance brand identity and customer experience.

  • Expert knowledge of retail real estate markets, site selection, and financial modeling.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with landlords, brokers, and key stakeholders.

  • Highly adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and financial modeling tools.

  • Willing and excited to travel frequently as part of the role.
