As a Retail Data Analyst at Suitsupply, you’ll turn complex retail data into clear, actionable insights that help shape strategic and operational decisions across our global store network. You’ll analyze store performance, optimize reporting processes, and build scalable tools and data models that empower retail teams to answer 90% of their own questions—freeing you to focus on the most complex and high-impact analysis. In this role, you’ll report to the Global Head of Store Operations with a dual reporting line to the Global Head of Retail. You will partner with the Global Retail Leadership team and work closely with business partners across I.T., Store Operations, Business Control, and Supply Chain to ensure the right data is available, accurate, and used effectively. We’re looking for someone analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented—ready to make an impact in a fast-moving retail environment.

What you'll do:
  • Analyze retail and operations data to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for operational improvement.

  • Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations tailored to a non-technical audience.

  • Build and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to empower self-service analytics.

  • Partner with Retail Management, Store Operations, Business Control, and Supply Chain on key initiatives and decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain processes that ensure data accuracy, transparency, and scalability.

  • Tackle high-value data questions that go beyond standard reporting, driving continuous improvement in retail performance.

Who you are:

  • A menswear enthusiast with a strong appreciation for product, quality, and market trends.

  • 3–5 years of experience in operational analytics or data-focused role. Retail experience preferred.

  • SQL expertise is essential; experience with BigQuery, dbt, and Looker is a strong plus.

  • Skilled in Excel, with working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.

  • Confident in presenting data-driven insights with clear takeaways to a variety of stakeholders.

  • Low/No-code tooling (N8N, Vercel etc) expertise preferred.

  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills—able to set priorities and meet deadlines independently.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial in mindset, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • An eye for detail and aesthetics, without losing sight of the bigger picture.

  • Strong communicator in English, both verbally and in writing.

What you will get:

  • Autonomy – We empower you to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive impact without layers of sign-off.

  • Impact – Your work will directly influence how we plan, operate, and improve our global retail business.

  • Growth – We see your potential as a key asset and provide opportunities to learn, grow, and excel in a supportive environment.

  • Corporate Social Responsibility – We are committed to sustainability and ethical business, working exclusively with suppliers who uphold the highest standards, in alignment with the International Labour Organization.

  • Style – Immerse yourself in a world of beautifully crafted, high-quality products, and enjoy a 40% discount on Suitsupply products.
