Business Analyst Supply Chain Product
Suitsupply is an international men's fashion brand with more than 100 stores worldwide across major metropolitan cities like Paris, Milan, London, Zurich, Sydney, New York, Toronto, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. The company operates a strong e-commerce platform which is accelerating and allows it to bring that same high-quality tailoring and personal service to customers around the world. At Suitsupply we are transitioning our IT landscape from a palette of home grown, on premise applications to cloud first, industry leading systems that are scalable and ensure growth for the company on the long term. As Business Analyst Supply Chain Product, you will help bridge the gap between business needs and IT capabilities. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders and agile development teams to improve processes, manage integrations, and deliver impactful solutions across our supply chain landscape.
What you will do:
Data Mapping & Integration Design: Take ownership of defining and documenting data flows and mappings across systems. Ensure data is exchanged consistently and meaningfully between platforms by working closely with both functional experts and developers.
Data Model & Governance Improvement: Analyze existing data structures and challenge current definitions, hierarchies, and ownership models. Propose refinements that strengthen master data quality, consistency, and governance.
Cross-System Impact Assessment: Evaluate the implications of configuration and design decisions across the broader IT landscape, ensuring alignment between PLM, ERP, PIM, and other integrated systems.
Collaboration & Communication: Act as the point of contact between business and IT teams, ensuring smooth communication. Facilitate refinement sessions, feedback loops, and stakeholder updates to keep everyone aligned.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Partner with QA and business users to validate solutions and integrations. Document findings, prioritize fixes, and ensure solutions deliver value.
Who you are:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within retail, fashion, product development, or supply chain environments.
Integration-Focused Mindset: You understand how systems interact and are comfortable translating business logic into clear integration requirements and data mappings—without needing to code.
Data-Driven & Critical Thinker: You’re not afraid to question existing data models or governance practices, bringing structure and clarity to complex datasets.
Architectural Awareness: You naturally maintain a helicopter view and can anticipate the ripple effects of design decisions across interconnected systems.
Hands-on involvement in system integration projects, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies, with a conceptual understanding of software architecture and connected enterprise systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you can bridge technical and business perspectives with clarity.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable results.
On-Site Collaboration: This is an on-site position based in our Amsterdam office. You value direct collaboration and teamwork, contributing actively within a dynamic, cross-functional environment
What you'll get:
Autonomy: We empower you to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive impact without layers of sign-off.
Growth: We see your potential as a key asset. At Suitsupply, you’ll have abundant opportunities to learn, grow, and excel in a supportive environment that encourages development at every step.
Corporate Social Responsibility: Our commitment to sustainability and ethical business is unwavering. We work exclusively with suppliers who uphold the highest standards, in alignment with the International Labour Organization.
