Customer Service Specialist
Suitsupply is always pushing the boundaries of customer service, aiming to deliver the highest standards of care to our customers globally. We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist for our international, social, sales-driven, and dynamic Customer Service team. If you have a keen interest in fashion and have a fresh perspective on customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
What you will do:
Connecting with our international customers through multiple channels, including WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone.
Proactively provide size, fit, and style advice to ensure optimal customer experience and satisfaction.
Handle sales orders, deliveries, and returns, making sure customers receive all relevant information and attention.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing Suitsupply to our global customers.
Who you are:
Sales and/or customer experience in retail fashion or the hospitality industry.
A strong sense of fashion, service-oriented mindset, and a can-do mentality.
Flexibility to work on weekends (at least one weekend day a week).
Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
