The Global Head of Store Operations will be instrumental in delivering Suitsupply’s growth objectives. As a key member of our central operations team (distinct from our Retail teams), you will oversee the roll-out and implementation of large-scale projects to ensure our store operations and processes are streamlined, pragmatic, and support seamless execution at the store level. Reporting to the COO, you’ll be the “voice of the stores” in collaboration with IT and other HQ teams, advocating for operational changes that allow our retail teams to focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and maximizing sales.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute a global store operations strategy aligned with Suitsupply’s business objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Field Operations and Program Management teams to drive consistent operational execution across global locations.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the Store Operations team.

  • Oversee large-scale global projects, including the implementation of new systems, ensuring operational practices support sales and service excellence, and providing training and change management support.

  • Drive the adoption of new technologies across all store locations, ensuring alignment with operational goals.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with IT, HR, and Merchandising to facilitate seamless communication with Retail.

  • Utilize data and first-principles thinking to analyze challenges, improve efficiency, and address issues proactively.

  • Track KPIs and metrics to ensure store performance aligns with company objectives.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years in a senior store operations role within a multi-site, global retail organization (experience in fashion retail preferred).

  • Proven experience leading large-scale IT and systems implementations across regions.

  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including back-of-house processes, inventory management, and customer service excellence.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of managing and developing teams.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.

  • Ability to inspire teams, lead change initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills using first principles thinking.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
