Head of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
We are looking for a strategic Head of FP&A who will steer our financial planning agenda and elevate a talented team of business partners to new heights. You will be the financial sparring partner for senior leadership—translating data into insight, and insight into action—while building the processes and tools that keep Suitsupply ahead of the curve.
What you will do:
Lead and coach a team of Finance Business Partners, fostering a mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Own and drive the budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning—ensuring consistent delivery of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow outputs.
Take the lead in the company-wide EBITDA review, translating business performance into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Act as the business owner for our Pigment platform (FP&A tool) —shaping reporting structures, data models, and driving user adoption across teams.
Partner with executive and functional leaders to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and unlock business value.
Lead strategic deep-dives into pricing, margins, capex, and other key topics, turning complex questions into clear, data-driven decisions.
Oversee short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities.
Build dynamic models to assess growth, cost, and investment scenarios, supporting key expansion and business decisions.
Who you are:
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; certifications like CPA, CMA, or CFA are a strong plus.
8–12 years of international FP&A or Business Control experience within a multi-entity, global environment—preferably in retail or consumer goods.
You're a problem-solver, able to step back for the big picture, but quick to dive into details and deliver practical, fast solutions.
You’re an expert in budgeting, forecasting, and 3-statement financial modeling—owning the full planning cycle end-to-end.
You’re a people leader who coaches, develops, and inspires teams—setting clear goals and raising the bar through feedback and accountability.
You embrace tools and innovation—comfortable driving new systems and automation. Experience with platforms like Pigment or Anaplan is a plus.
You’re a confident communicator who turns financial insights into business impact, making the complex clear to non-finance stakeholders.
You speak English fluently; additional languages are a welcome bonus in our international environment.
What you will get:
A high-impact leadership role at the center of a rapidly scaling, design-led brand.
Freedom to shape processes and build best-in-class FP&A capabilities.
Direct exposure to C-level decision-making and strategic projects.
Competitive compensation, performance bonus, and employee discount.
Dynamic, entrepreneurial culture with room for personal growth and innovation.
