What you will do:
Collaborate with retail and department leadership teams on hiring, development, retention, succession planning and full scope of employee success
Partner alongside retail and department leadership teams on employee morale and engagement, ensuring all employee related concerns are resolved in a timely manner
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Work within HR department adopting an efficient and pragmatic approach and way of working
Partnering closely with the business and HR team to ensure that Suitsupply has the necessary processes and structures in place
Optimize and streamline processes and strategic projects supporting HR business functions
Ensure all HR duties are completed such as employee performance reviews, corrective actions and salary analysis in support of the employee life cycle
Assist and support building leadership capabilities
Who you are:
Minimum seven years relevant work experience, preferably within a fast-paced international work environment
Strong background in Dutch labor law, employee sickness in The Netherlands, and a proven track record around improving employee sickness
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Can demonstrate team building and leadership skills
Proven track record of effective use of EU labor law and using HR best practices
Inspirational, problem solver with exceptional communication skills
Willing to travel minimum 50%
Full professional proficiency in English
