As Legal Operations Manager, you will be part of Suitsupply’s Legal team and build the first Legal Operations function from the ground up. You will support all departments globally with scalable processes, tools, and data to ensure Legal Services are delivered efficiently, transparently, and in full compliance.
What you’ll do:
  • Acting and Owning as the primary point of contact for all Suitsupply Legal Tech landscape (including administration, configuration, user management, and support) with a particular focus on Luminance.

  • Leading project management for Legal initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, compliance, transparency, and service quality.

  • Data & Reporting: defining and maintaining KPIs (e.g. turnaround times, workload, SLAs), building dashboards, and preparing regular performance reporting for Legal Leadership.

  • Knowledge Management & Enablement: maintaining the Legal knowledge base, onboarding and training users on tools and processes, and communicating updates.

  • Administer and maintain all legal documents and archives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.

  • Oversee filing systems and document storage, keeping records well-organized and easily accessible for the Legal team.

  • Support the General Counsel with administrative and coordination tasks such as scheduling, preparing materials, follow-ups, and communication.

  • Coordinate signatures, approvals, and document circulation across departments and external stakeholders.

Who you are:
  • Technically skilled with strong tool affinity; comfortable administrating, structuring, and troubleshooting systems.

  • Experienced in document management (e.g. DMS, contract repositories) and ideally with Legal Tech tools (preferably Luminance or similar solutions).

  • Knowledgeable in process design, project management (agile or classic), and change management.

  • Data-driven and structured: proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, basic understanding of data models and reporting.

  • Highly accurate, hands-on, and well-organized with strong prioritization skills.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch is an advantage.

  • A team player with a service mindset and the ambition to build something new.
