The Manager Finance Operations leads Suitsupply's global accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, seamless process execution, and continuous improvement across a fast-growing international business. Based at our Amsterdam headquarters, you will own the end-to-end financial infrastructure — from order-to-cash and procure-to-pay to month-end close — across 100+ stores worldwide. As the internal business owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Medius, you will drive post-migration optimisation, eliminate manual workarounds, and build scalable, AI-enabled workflows that elevate what our finance team can deliver. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who sees every manual step as an opportunity to improve, and who can inspire a high-performing team to do the same.
What you will do
  • Financial Operations & Reporting: Lead the accounting and finance operations team to ensure timely, accurate reporting and month-end closings across global operations, overseeing order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and travel & expense flows.

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Own the AP and AR functions end-to-end, ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices and payments, customer billing, collections, and accurate aging reporting.

  • Cash Flow & Reconciliation: Manage cash flow operations, including settlement of cash receipts, reconciliation of clearing accounts, and resolution of discrepancies with store teams across 100+ locations.

  • Dynamics 365 & Medius Platform Ownership: Act as internal business owner for D365 Finance & Operations and the Medius AP automation platform, driving adoption, closing post-migration gaps, and ensuring configurations align with evolving business needs.

  • AP Automation Roadmap: Own the Medius AP automation roadmap from invoice capture through to payment approval workflows, continuously raising straight-through processing rates and enforcing data quality and internal controls.

  • Process Improvement & Automation: Conduct systematic process audits across finance operations, lead implementation of workflow automation to reduce cycle time and error rates, and maintain a prioritised improvement backlog tracked through to measurable outcomes.

  • AI Adoption: Develop and execute a roadmap for AI adoption within Finance Operations, covering anomaly detection in AP/AR, automated reconciliation, and AI-assisted close processes, while ensuring finance data is clean and accessible for analytics applications.

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance operations team, defining team structure, roles, and career pathways that reflect the evolving nature of finance in an increasingly automated environment.

  • Senior Stakeholder Advisory: Serve as a key financial advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on operational performance, process health, and the financial impact of strategic decisions.

Who you are
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: 8+ years in international accounting and finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Technical expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; Medius or comparable AP automation platform experience is a strong plus.

  • Improvement track record: Proven ability to deliver process improvement and automation initiatives that produce measurable efficiency gains.

  • Finance & technology fluency: Comfortable working at the intersection of finance and technology, engaging meaningfully with IT, implementation partners, and AI/data teams.

  • AI experience: Experience evaluating or deploying AI or machine-learning-based tools in a finance context is a significant advantage.

  • Leadership: Exceptional communication and people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and hold a team accountable.

  • Mindset: Analytical, hands-on, and proactive — balancing strategic vision with sharp attention to detail in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Language: Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

What you will get
  • Autonomy: We empower you to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive impact without layers of sign-off.

  • Growth: We see your potential as a key asset. At Suitsupply, you’ll have abundant opportunities to learn, grow, and excel in a supportive environment that encourages development at every step.

  • Corporate Social Responsibility: Our commitment to sustainability and ethical business is unwavering. We work exclusively with suppliers who uphold the highest standards, in alignment with the International Labour Organization.

  • Style: Immerse yourself in a world of beautifully crafted, high-quality products, and enjoy a 40% discount on Suitsupply products.
