As a Merchandise Allocator in EMEA, you will develop a deep understanding of the customer needs for each store, analyse sales trends and optimize the distribution of our products. You will provide feedback and insights on the market needs to the merchandising and design teams to ensure future assortments and replenishment orders are in line with the market. 
What you will do:
  • Analyse daily sales, store inventory levels, capacities and sell through

  • Manage auto replenishment and adjust based on sales trend, seasonal factors, and business needs 

  • Maximize shipping efficiency across the distribution network based on store and consumer location (Right product in the right location at the right time) 

  • Keeping direct communication with retail teams, visual merchandising, merchandising, design and logistics teams. 

  • As part of our go-to-market calendar, work on clear feedback to planning, merchandising and design on customer & product needs by store to ensure future collections are aligned to the markets. 

Who you are:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business Economics, or Fashion management studies, or equivalent work experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in merchandise allocation 

  • Advanced skills of MS Office Excel & Outlook

  • Must be a menswear enthusiast with good knowledge of product & market

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, hands on mentality, good communicational skills and strong analytical skills

  • An eye for detail and aesthetic

  • Fluency in English verbally and in writing
