As a Merchandising Intern at Suitsupply, you will support the merchandising team in analyzing market trends, coordinating content creation, and assisting in sales reporting to drive strategic merchandising decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including buying, studio, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies. Your contributions will provide valuable insights that influence product offerings and enhance the customer experience.
What You Will Do:
Assist in trend forecasting by identifying key market trends, styles, and customer preferences.
Coordinate product photography and content creation, ensuring products are accurately represented across marketing materials and digital platforms.
Conduct competitive analysis to review merchandising strategies and product offerings of industry peers.
Support sales reporting and performance analysis to guide future buying and merchandising decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, studio, and operations, to execute merchandising strategies effectively.
Provide general administrative support to the merchandising department to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
Who You Are:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Business, or a related field.
Passionate about fashion trends and the retail industry.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with merchandising tools or design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to contribute innovative ideas.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual appeal and detail.
