As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our North America retail network. With a blend of strategic thinking, advanced analytical skills, and hands-on problem-solving, you will ensure the seamless execution of operational practices that align with company objectives. Acting as the bridge between our corporate office, field leadership, and retail stores, you will lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and the client experience.
 What you will do:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, including system discrepancies, inventory audits, workflow inefficiencies, and transaction errors, leveraging data-driven insights to implement effective solutions.

  • Develop, execute, and refine cross-functional training programs to elevate operational expertise among store teams, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and consistency across regions.

  • Design, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and scalability, adapting processes to meet evolving business needs.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for inventory flow, system optimization, and resource allocation, collaborating with logistics, allocation, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies impacting the client experience, applying advanced critical thinking and project management skills to drive impactful changes.

  • Oversee tailoring workflows and capacity planning, ensuring the seamless integration of tailoring services into the broader operational framework and client journey.

  • Conduct rigorous evaluations of processes such as RFID compliance, inter-store transfers, discount validation, and operational metrics reporting, ensuring sustained excellence.

  • Lead strategic cross-departmental projects, including new store openings, operational enhancements, and pilot initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.

Who you are:
  • You have 7+ years of fashion retail operations experience, with proven experience working across multiple stores with multisite responsibilities, demonstrating adaptability and organizational skills.

  • You possess advanced skills in data analysis, critical thinking, and process design, with the ability to synthesize information and act decisively.

  • You have demonstrated experience managing large, complex operations departments, with a focus on driving efficiency and achieving excellence in execution.

  • You have 3+ years of experience leading teams remotely and aligning diverse stakeholders or the readiness to step into a managerial role, with a proven ability to effectively oversee and inspire a team.

  • You are comfortable with extensive travel (up to 70% of your time) and are available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
