The Recruiter will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional talent to meet the growing needs of Suitsupply across various functions. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, a passion for talent acquisition, willing to travel and an eye for top-tier talent.
What you will do:
  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of tools and platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn and field recruiting.

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers on candidate selection.

  • Work closely with hiring managers across departments to understand role requirements and the team culture, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles.

  • Provide a high-quality experience for all candidates, maintaining clear and open communication throughout the process and ensuring a positive, professional interaction.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

  • Track and maintain candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), providing regular reports on key recruitment metrics and progress toward hiring goals.

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Who you are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fashion retail environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers at all levels.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • A passion for finding and connecting great talent with the right opportunities.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.

  • Experience using ATS systems and recruitment tools (Workday experience is a plus).

  • Ability to think creatively and utilize innovative sourcing methods.

  • Fluent in English
