Studio Sample Coordinator
As a Studio Sample Coordinator at Suitsupply, you will play a key role in supporting daily studio operations by ensuring that all samples, stock, and supplies are properly managed and prepared for photoshoots and video productions. You will be responsible for inventory management, quality control, and coordinating deliveries and returns, ensuring seamless execution of production activities. This part-time role (3 days per week) offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion and production environment.
What You Will Do:
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting periodic stock checks and reporting shortages or damages to the Studio Operations Coordinator.
Preparing & Supporting Shoots: Organize and prepare samples and related products to ensure timely and high-quality execution of photoshoots.
Deliveries & Returns: Oversee the receipt, storage, and return of products and accessories used during studio productions.
Quality Control: Ensure that all items meet quality standards and are in perfect condition for use in shoots.
Supporting Productions: Assist with product photography and related tasks during peak periods.
Who You Are:
Experience: Prior experience in sample management, back-of-house operations, or a related field; an interest in fashion, photography, or studio production is a plus.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask and maintain order in a fast-paced studio environment.
Strong Communicator: Effective verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and eager to learn new systems.
Proactive & Flexible: Self-motivated, able to work independently, and adaptable to changing priorities.
