As a SEO Specialist you will be part of the Performance Marketing team which is responsible for acquiring customers online and in 130+ stores across nearly 30 countries. You'll play a crucial role in shaping a global business and influence our rapid growth. This is an ideal position for someone looking for a challenge working alongside a fun, results-driven team that is responsible for new customer acquisition and retaining them through digital media. The team focuses on targeting prospects on appropriate channels communicating the right message and sending potential users to appropriate landing pages to drive online sales and/or to drive the customers to our stores. As SEO Specialist, you will be the person behind the thinking and the execution of our SEO activity across the globe. Google Search Console, Google Analytics 360, and to be determined 3rd party SEO will be your daily tools and you will report to the Online Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: 

  • Create and implement SEO strategies aligned with business objectives. 
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords. 
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for better search engine rankings. 

Content Optimization and Creation: 

  • Collaborate with content creators to integrate SEO best practices. 
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing various types of content. 

Technical SEO: 

  • Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve website performance issues. 
  • Optimize website structure, navigation, and internal linking. 

Performance Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms. 
  • Generate reports on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic and keyword rankings. 
  • Use data-driven insights to refine SEO strategies. 

Stay Current with Industry Trends: 

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. 
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive SEO efforts. 
  • Provide training and guidance on SEO best practices. 
Qualifications: 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as an SEO Strategist or similar role. 
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush). 
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration. 
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. 

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: 

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Communication and Collaboration: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
