This will be a hands-on role where we are looking to invest time and resources into making this channel one of the key aspects in our marketing channel mix. Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: 

  • Create and implement SEO strategies aligned with business objectives. 
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords. 
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for better search engine rankings. 

Content Optimization and Creation: 

  • Collaborate with content creators to integrate SEO best practices. 
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing various types of content. 

Technical SEO: 

  • Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve website performance issues. 
  • Optimize website structure, navigation, and internal linking. 

Performance Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms. 
  • Generate reports on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic and keyword rankings. 
  • Use data-driven insights to refine SEO strategies. 

Stay Current with Industry Trends: 

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. 
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive SEO efforts. 
  • Provide training and guidance on SEO best practices.

Qualifications: 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as an SEO Strategist or similar role. 
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush). 
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration. 
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. 

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: 

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Communication and Collaboration: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
