Suitsupply is looking for an

Enterprise Architect

with a strong background in

retail fashion

to join our team. The focus of this role will be on designing and implementing solutions to improve business efficiency, particularly in

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

and/or

PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)

systems.

The Enterprise Architect will work closely with other architects, engineering managers, and tech leads to create scalable, high-performance solutions that support our rapidly growing global business. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless integration across various platforms and systems, helping to build a resilient architecture that drives business innovation and enhances customer experience.

What you will do / Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide

    technology

    architectures that support key business processes, with a strong focus on ERP

    systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions are integrated across various business units, including supply chain, inventory management, and e-commerce.
  • Oversee the development and integration of core systems to drive operational efficiency in areas like product lifecycle management (PLM), supply chain management and financial systems
  • Provide strategic direction for system modernization, ensuring architecture enhances performance, security, scalability, and future business needs.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in vendor and technology selection for enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture, particularly in the

    fashion retail

    sector.

  • Deep knowledge of

    ERP and/or PLM

    systems and their impact on business processes.

  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with engineers, architects, and business leaders.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with

    cloud-based ERP

    systems, knowledge of DDD, microservices and event-driven architecture.

  • Understanding of retail-specific technology solutions such as PLM, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
