As Senior Planning Lead, you’ll own the financial planning, forecasting, and inventory management for one of our key product categories and overseeing other planners in the team. You’ll partner closely with Merchandising, Production, Allocation and Online Merchandise to ensure we are maximizing sales, margin, and inventory productivity, while putting our customer’s need firsts and without compromising our obsession with high quality product. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to follow a playbook. We expect our Planning leaders to bring ideas, make bold calls, and drive the business forward.
What You'll Do
  • Build and lead pre-season and in-season plans across sales and inventory targets

  • Develop SKU-level forecasts, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time

  • Conduct analyses of sales trends, historical data, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks and adjust plans accordingly.

  • Work closely with the merchandise team to align on product assortment strategies and ensure optimal stock levels.

  • Provide actionable insights and drive top-line and bottom-line performance

  • Lead open-to-buy (OTB) management and support seasonal investment strategies

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory  

  • Drive continuous improvement in tools, reporting, and processes

  • Mentor and lead junior planners, fostering a high-performance team culture

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of planning experience in apparel, preferably for premium brands; at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role

  • Deep knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and inventory management

  • Highly analytical with strong Excel skills (familiarity with planning systems)

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where decisions get made quickly

  • Passionate about product—you care about what we make, not just the numbers behind it

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: able to adapt to changing priority, curious, and always looking for ways to improve

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative leader who brings out the best in cross-functional teams
