Senior Strategy Analyst
You will lead data-driven strategic initiatives to unlock Suitsupply’s long-term business plan. You will spearhead initiatives for implementing Automation and Generative AI opportunities across Suitsupply’s value chain—from product design to last-mile delivery. Your analysis and execution will shape decisions at the executive and board levels and drive impact across the company.
What You Will Do:
Develop concise, board-ready analysis on strategic questions such as market entry, pricing strategies, and supply chain optimization.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives and decision points for leadership.
Frame ambiguous problems, scope analytical approaches, and drive fact-based recommendations.
Identify high impact use cases for process automation and Generative AI.
Conduct market reviews to understand the best tools available and emerging technologies for team adoption.
Partner with Tech, Digital, and Retail teams to integrate solutions into daily operations.
Design dashboards and KPIs to track the financial and operational impact of Automation and Gen AI initiatives.
Collaborate with heads of functions and their teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Who You Are:
6+ years in strategy or analytics roles, preferably in a tech-driven retail or e-commerce industry.
Master’s degree in engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a quantitative field.
Advanced SQL proficiency
Python (pandas, NumPy, basic ML libraries) is a strong plus.
Demonstrated experience of assessing and implementing Automation or Gen AI solutions.
Track record of preparing executive-level presentations and influencing senior stakeholders.
Comfortable moving from high-level strategy to hands-on data work; you zoom in and out effortlessly.
