Product Owner HRM

Strong, international brand

Reach your full potential

Opportunity to make an impact

Suitsupply is an international men's fashion brand with more than 100 stores worldwide across major metropolitan cities like Paris, Milan, London, Zurich, Sydney, New York, Toronto, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. The company operates a strong e-commerce platform which is accelerating and allows it to bring that same high-quality tailoring and personal service to customers around the world. At Suitsupply we are transitioning our IT landscape from a palette of home grown, on premise applications to cloud first, industry leading systems that are scalable and ensure growth for the company on the long term. As part of this transition, we are in the process of rolling out Workday which will be at the core of the HR operations, integrated with Legion, our workforce management application used in stores. As Product Owner HR you are responsible for the migration to the new platform and oversee that all relevant applications are integrated seamlessly. You work with business partners to ensure all processes that play a role in the employee lifecycle in Suitsupply are supported in a way that meets best practice standards. In collaboration with your stakeholders you will create a vision for the HR Department related to applications and system landscape. To realize that, you will develop and maintain a roadmap, use relevant metrics to measure success and work with the development team to continuously deliver value. You manage the backlog for future deliverables to increase business value. You are continuously looking for improvements in the existing processes that will increase our teams' effectiveness. You break down complex projects into smart iterations, prototypes and MVP’s, and continuously prioritize based on business value and customer impact.
