Who you are:
  • 3+ years of experience as a software tester with experience with integration, regression, functional; manual and automation; Web apps, API/services;
  • Proven experience in frontend automation testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM manipulation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure repos).
  • Demonstrable experience in QA methodologies and attention to details;
  • Ability to translate impact analysis into test scenarios to increase test coverage;
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
  • Experience with bug tracking and reporting tools e.g. JIRA
  • A personality with high-energy! and curiosity to explore other systems and processes in the company and aim to incorporate this knowledge in testing for your team;
  • Experience in SQL, Azure, CosmosDB, Salesforce Service Cloud / Commerce Cloud is a plus;
  • Experience integrating automation tests in CI/CD pipelines is a plus;
  • A valid European work permit.
  • Key Responsibilities:- 
    • Test Automation Development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using one of the tools like Selenium webdriver, cypress, and Playwright to validate the functionality, performance, and user experience of our web applications.
    • Manual Testing: Perform manual testing activities, including exploratory testing, usability testing, and ad-hoc testing to uncover issues that may not be caught through automation.
    • Agile Methodology: Work within an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
    • Test Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test objectives, strategies, and test plans for frontend testing, including both automated and manual test cases.
    • Test Execution: Execute both automated and manual test cases, analyze test results, and report defects with detailed information to assist developers in issue resolution.
    • Regression Testing: Ensure that existing functionality remains intact through regression testing and continuous integration processes.
    • Bug Tracking: Utilize bug tracking systems to report, prioritize, and manage defects. Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes.
    • Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform Testing: Ensure compatibility across various web browsers and devices.
    • Performance Testing: Contribute to performance testing efforts to identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
    • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing best practices for testing methodologies and automation processes.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
