Who you are:
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role is preferred. Keen interest in is tech is required.
  • Strong understanding of customer service processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and dashboard creation within Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange applications on a functional level
  • Detail oriented problem solver with string analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams effectively
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Continuous learner with the ability to stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and industry trends
