As a Senior Planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global business and influence the rapid growth by using sales data to optimise stock positions and buying propositions. You will be responsible to ensure balanced stock with minimisation of lost sales by stock-outs and to set up proposals for quantities based on budget and sell-through. By understanding the market, you need to be aware of the latest trends and to have strong analytical and communication skills. In this role you'll be partnering with Merchandising, Production, Allocation teams  - your actions always drive results and impactful decisions.

What you'll do: 
  • Utilizing sales data to uncover patterns and trends, aiding decision-making. 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.  
  • Review current sales performance and predict future sales volumes and regularly refine forecasts based on market changes. 
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory  
  • Ensure product assortments cater to diverse customer preferences. 
  • Assist in budget development and track performance against targets. 
  • Collaborate with various teams to align merchandise plans with business goals. 
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders to address concerns. 
  • Continuously seek commercial opportunities and industry trends. 
What you'll do:

Who you are: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field. 
  • At least 5 years of merchandise planning, inventory management in the fashion industry. 
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
