As a CRO specialist / Web analyst you work for the Ecommerce department and make sure decisions are driven by data. You are responsible for analysing our webstore journeys, turning hypotheses into AB tests, creating in-depth reports based on quantative and qualitative data analysis and build dashboards to measure our online performance.

Your typical day includes:
  • Define KPIs and write tracking plans for development or content teams.
  • Visualize the performance of new features in a Metabase dashboard using SQL.
  • Build new reports in GA4 and train marketers to support our transition.
  • Set up a Lookerstudio dashboard to monitor our ad campaign performance.
  • Report on AB test results by sharing insights and improvements with stakeholders

This job might be for you if you have
  • You are the go-to person to build dashboards using SQL and get actionable insights
  • You have a good understanding of Google 360, GTM and GA4
  • You have experience with dashboarding tools such as Metabase, Tableau or PowerBI
  • You have experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize
  • You are familiar with quantitative analytics tools like Hotjar, Usabilla, Contentquare, Fullstory
