Your typical day includes: 
  • Lead and Mentor Team: Guide a team of web analysts in supporting ecommerce and digital marketing decision-making, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective communication to stakeholders.
  • Define Metrics and Build Tools: Define and monitor key performance metrics, create compelling data narratives, and develop reporting tools such as reports, analyses, and dashboards to empower stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Drive Project Success: Manage project prioritization, oversee project management, and develop strategic roadmaps to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with business goals.

This Job Might Be For You if you have 
  • 5+ years of experience in web analytics, preferably within the ecommerce retail (fashion) industry.
  • Deep understanding of LookML, SQL, data integrations, and ETL processes, with a proven ability to create accurate data models and insightful visualizations that meet business needs.
  • Strong proficiency in integrating data from multiple sources into a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and leveraging Google Cloud Platform services, including BigQuery and GA4.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data insights to diverse stakeholders and document processes clearly.
  • A collaborative mindset, demonstrated teamwork capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining a user-centric approach in all data-related initiatives.
