At Suitsupply we are transitioning our IT landscape from a palette of home grown, on premise applications to cloud first, industry leading systems that are scalable and ensure growth for the company on the long term. As part of this transition Suitsupply is in the process of implementing state of the art Order Management system, selecting brand new PLM tooling, and onboarding an ERP suite is around the corner. As Product Owner Finance you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of this ERP system. Your responsibilities span across various stages of the project, ensuring that the financial functionalities of the ERP are tailored to meet the organization's needs.  To realize that, you will develop and maintain a roadmap, use relevant metrics to measure success and work with the development team to continuously deliver value. You manage the backlog for future deliverables to increase business value. You are continuously looking for improvements in the existing processes that will increase our teams' effectiveness. You break down complex projects into smart iterations, prototypes and MVP’s, and continuously prioritize based on business value and customer impact.

What you will do:

  • Scrum ceremonies: prepare, facilitate, and host the Scrum ceremonies like the daily stand-up, sprint planning, refinement, poker sessions, and sprint reviews;
  • Data-driven: gather and analyze data from (internal and external) customers to improve the way users interact with our applications.
What you will do:

Who you are:
  • You have a background in Finance or accounting: This can be either an educational background or work experience; you understand the financial processes and streams in a retail organization
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner: You know how to create a product vision, translate that into a roadmap and manage the development projects to realize that
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation is a must
  • Analytical skills: make sense of unstructured information and have a record of accomplishment of projects focused on developing, integrating, enriching, software solutions at scale
  • Communication: distil and communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively. Involves others, presents well, inspires, and dares to challenge business and IT;
  • Customer focus: understand your customer value, sets the right priorities, balances all factors, thinks strategically
  • Pro-active and Entrepreneurial: can-do mentality, innovative with great problem-solving skills;
  • Domain expertise: you know what drives success in Finance in fashion retail
